This General Offshore UXO Mitigation & Clearance Course is Fully accredited by The Institute of Marine Engineering Science & Technology (IMarEST) a leading industry offshore/maritime institute and who have worldwide recognition within the offshore industries such as OWF and Oil & Gas. This course also counts as a continual professional development (CPD) approved training.
This course provides the candidates with the knowledge required to be able to successfully carry out roles within UXO Mitigation and Clearance Operations.
The Course modules:

- Aims/objectives,
- What is UXO,
- What are the types of UXO examples,
- What UXO can look like underwater examples,
- What is UXO Mitigation,
- UXO Survey,
- UXO Offshore Operations,
- Types of Documentation used and seen offshore in UXO Mitigation – Clearance Operations,
- Open discussion period.
This course can be used as a module for Offshore Client Representatives and or a standalone course to allow for Managers/Project Engineers or other interested parties to fully understand the process.For Offshore UXO Mitigation and Clearance. This general course will aid in all onshore/nearshore or vessel-based activities within the offshore wind & other offshore energy industries when conducting such projects.
The course is Instructor lead over a 1-day period online. Furthermore, Adhoc course days can be arranged.
